We are committed to keeping our customers' confidential information safe and secure. We constantly assess for any weaknesses in our data handling and can provide various methods for safe viewing, transferral and storage of your documents.
In addition, we will always back up our information so that should the worst happen, your information and our generated reports will always be recoverable whether cloud based or offline.
How we store your information
Cloud Based
Offering two factor authentication, Microsoft OneDrive is one of the most secure cloud based storage and collaboration service providers on the market.
Locally
For customers who would prefer not to have their information stored through a cloud based provider, we can store information locally on dedicated drives which are encrypted and password protected. We create multiple backups using additional drives, mitigating the disruption a data loss would affect our continued operation. Our system is backed up daily and each week a drive will be interchanged and secured on site within a fire-rated locked enclosure.
Physically
When information is highly sensitive to the extent that there can be no online data transfer or digital content available, we can offer other solutions whereby information will be held securely in a locked filing cabinet and any digital content that may be delivered to us can be stored offline on an encrypted hard drive. The reports we generate can still be provided electronically via online data transfer or a tracked postal order with a password protected portable storage device (e.g. USB drive).
